About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Provider Network Operations to build and manage a high-quality healthcare provider network across diagnostics, hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacy, and allied healthcare services.
You will be responsible for provider onboarding, commercial negotiations, operational excellence, network expansion, and provider relationship management. Your goal is to ensure providers deliver a seamless experience while enabling LabStack to scale efficiently.
This role sits at the intersection of provider partnerships, operations, and network strategy.
What You’ll Do
Provider Network Management
- Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers across the LabStack network.
- Own provider onboarding and activation.
- Ensure providers meet quality, service, and operational standards.
- Resolve provider escalations and operational issues.
Commercials & Pricing
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements with providers.
- Design and manage pricing for healthcare services, packages, and programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve network competitiveness and margins.
Operational Excellence
- Define and improve booking, confirmation, fulfilment, and escalation processes.
- Ensure providers consistently deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Monitor service levels, turnaround times, and operational performance.
- Work closely with internal operations teams to improve fulfilment quality.
Network Expansion
- Lead initiatives to expand and strengthen the provider network.
- Manage teams responsible for provider acquisition and onboarding.
- Identify coverage gaps and growth opportunities across geographies and specialties.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Product, Account Management, and Leadership teams.
- Translate provider feedback into process and product improvements.
- Drive operational scalability across the network.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–10 years of experience in partner onboarding and operations, provider management, partner partnerships, network development, or partner operations.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience managing external stakeholders and provider relationships.
- Ability to build processes and drive operational excellence.
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Experience leading teams is preferred.
