Front Office Receptionist
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to manage the front desk and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, calls, and emails promptly
- Maintain front desk records, bookings, and documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues when required
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking systems)
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
