Key Responsibilities:
- Contact assigned leads within the defined TAT and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Generate qualified opportunities from digital marketing leads.
- Explain rooftop solar solutions, subsidy benefits, savings, and project processes to customers.
- Conduct telephonic qualification of prospects.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the field sales team.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, project execution, dispatch, and installation teams.
- Update customer interactions in CRM on a daily basis.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow-up discipline and customer handling abilities.
- Target-driven approach with a sales mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM management and sales reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
KPIs:
- Leads contacted within 24 hours: ≥95%
- Meeting booking ratio
- Conversion ratio
- Revenue generation
- CRM update compliance: 100%
