Our ideal candidate will have…

13+ years of software development experience, with strong exposure to web technologies, SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and enterprise-scale application development.

Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET 6/ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Windows Services, and MSSQL.

Proven experience with front-end technologies such as Angular and ReactJS.

Strong experience designing distributed systems using RESTful APIs, SOA, microservices, AMQP, and serverless architecture.

Strong Azure experience, including services such as App Services, Container Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and API Management.

Experience building cloud-native solutions, including cloud migration strategies, scalability, reliability, security, observability, performance, and cost optimization.

Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including MSSQL and document databases such as RavenDB or MongoDB, with the ability to understand complex data relationships.

Experience with test automation, TDD/BDD, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Experience with Dapr and .NET Aspire for distributed application orchestration, sidecar configuration, and local development workflows.

Experience documenting architecture artifacts; familiarity with the C4 model and textual DSL is preferred.

Ability to evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes that improve platform quality and engineering effectiveness.

Strong leadership, communication, and architecture engagement skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence technical direction.
