Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the development pipeline to ensure solutions are production-ready, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring innovative and efficient AI-driven outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions that meet organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms and their integration with AI models.
- Experience in developing and deploying generative AI models and deep learning techniques.
- Familiarity with neural networks, chatbot frameworks, and image processing methodologies.
- Ability to manage end-to-end application pipelines ensuring production quality and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
