Sidcon India Pvt. Ltd, a leading civil and industrial construction company, is seeking an experienced Billing & Planning Manager to join our team for an industrial construction project in Khed, Pune.

Key Responsibilities: Preparation and certification of Client RA Bills and Subcontractor Bills
- Quantity reconciliation and measurement verification
- Project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring
- Tracking project milestones and project performance
- Preparation of MIS reports and project dashboards
- Cost monitoring, forecasting, and budget control
- Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Contract administration, variation claims, and project documentation
- Requirements: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
- 6–7 years of experience in Industrial Construction/EPC Projects.
- Strong knowledge of Billing, Planning, Quantity Surveying, and Cost Control.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced MS Excel
- Experience in factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, or industrial buildings preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
