- Billing & Planning Engineer – 6–8 yrs (01) – Industrial construction experience preferred

⏳ Immediate joiners preferred. Candidate with industrial Construction Experience Preferred.
Job Description:
i. Study the BOQ in detail before recording any activity.
ii. Checking of the bills of sub-contractors submitted at the project site. Compare the same with the DDS received for the period.
iii. Preparations of work orders & amendments for sub contract works and take the approvals of GM /DIRECTOR.
iv. Periodic reconciliation of S/C billing with estimated quantities –fortnightly.
v. Checking Reconciliation of Bulk materials and other Project materials including Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary Fittings.
vi. Receive daily measurements from section in charge and point out any discrepancy to the PM.
vii. Prepare and submit client bill as per the BOQ.
viii. Report any deviation of specification and discuss with DGM/GM to see the possibility of extra claims.
ix. To report progress of billing in MIS to H.O.
Candidate with industrial construction experience preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
