We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Pharma Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a 100% office-based desk job focused on business-to-business (B2B) sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Make structured outbound calls to medical stockists, wholesale distributors, retailers, and prospective trade partners.Pitch company products, PCD Pharma Franchise models, and third-party manufacturing services.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing leads and handle client inquiries.Maintain accurate call logs and basic client records using Excel or CRM.Mandatory Requirements:Experience: Minimum 1 year of continuous experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Inside Sales Agent.Industry Knowledge: Mandatory prior knowledge or experience working within a pharmaceutical, PCD franchise, or third-party manufacturing environment. Must understand basic medical and formulation terminology.Skills: Excellent communication, convincing skills, and phone etiquette. Fluency in Hindi (and basic English for reading product sheets).Work Type: Strict in-person office role (Not a work-from-home or field/MR role).
