We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Outbound Customer Care Executive to contact customers through outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, lead generation, appointment scheduling, customer retention, and service updates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to achieve daily calling targets while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, or service requests.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or service visits.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate records.
- Promote company products, services, and special offers.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Update customer information in the CRM or database after every interaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
- Maintain professionalism and provide an excellent customer experience during every interaction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
The Candidate should be comfortable to work in the Night Shift
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
