WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE FOR OUR SOLAR COMPANY WHO CAN COORDINATE WITH CUSTOMERS , COLLECT AND SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND SUPPORT PROJECT DOCUMENTATION PROCESSES. THE CANDIDATE SHOULD COMMUNICATE PROFESSIONALLY WITH CUSTOMERS AND ENSURE ALL PROJECT RELATED DOCUMENTS ARE PROPERLY MAINTAINED AND VERIFIED.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MEET CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY FOR DOCUMENT COLLECTION AND VERIFICATION RELATED TO SOLAR PROJECTS.
- EXPLAIN REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND ASSIST CUSTOMERS IN COMPLETING DOCUMENTATION PROCEDURES.
- MAINTAIN CUSTOMER FILES , AGREEMENTS AND PROJECT RECORDS.
- COORDINATE WITH TECHNICAL AND OFFICE TEAM FOR PROJECT DOCUMENTATION UPDATES .
- FOLLOWUP WITH CUSTOMERS FOR PENDING DOCUMENTS AND APPROVALS .
- ENSURE ALL DOCUMENTATION IS ACCURATE AND UPDATES ON TIME.
- PREPARE REPORTS AND UPDATE DAILY DOCUMENTATION STATUS .
- MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS AND CLIENTS .
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- GOOD COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER HANDLING SKILL .
- ABILITY TO MANAGE DOCUMENTATION AND RECORDS PROPERLY .
- TIME MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION SKILL
- TWO WHEELER AND TRAVEL READINESS PREFERRED.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
