Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee all civil construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure development projects across our automobile dealership facilities. The ideal candidate should possess a Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project execution, contractor management, and facility development.
Qualification
- B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, construction, or infrastructure development.
- Experience in automobile dealerships, commercial buildings, service centers, or industrial projects will be preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership construction, renovation, and expansion projects.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
Civil & Infrastructure Management
- Supervise all civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance works.
- Ensure compliance with dealership standards, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks during project execution.
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Identify and appoint contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Evaluate quotations and negotiate project costs.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare project cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Track project expenditures and prevent cost overruns.
- Submit periodic project status and financial reports to management.
Compliance & Documentation
- Coordinate with government authorities for approvals, permits, and licenses.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, contracts, and completion records.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and statutory regulations.
Facility Maintenance Support
- Monitor dealership facilities and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Support management in infrastructure planning for new dealership locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
