Qualification: MBA preferred or any professional degree.
We are currently seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing and Communication Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of marketing and communication activities, including but not limited to:
1. Managing Social Media Accounts: Creating and scheduling engaging social media posts, responding to customer inquiries and comments, and analyzing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
2. Event Coordination: Planning, organizing, and executing various events, including exhibitions such as WETEX (Dubai) and ADIPEC (Abu Dhabi). Candidates must be willing to travel to Dubai.
3. Recruitment Support: Assisting in recruitment by coordinating interviews, conducting campus recruitment drives, and ensuring timely filling of open positions to meet the company's staffing requirements.
4. Content Creation and Graphic Design: Developing compelling content for social media posts, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is preferred.
5. Lead Generation: Generating leads by identifying potential clients, establishing contact with procurement teams, and introducing our company's products and services.
6. Vendor Registrations and Tender Management: Handling vendor registrations, monitoring tender opportunities, and managing responses to requests for quotations (RFQs).
