Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate production drawings for modular furniture.
- Generate cutting lists (Cut List), BOM (Bill of Materials), and manufacturing drawings.
- Prepare sheet cutting layouts and optimize material utilization.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth factory execution.
- Work closely with designers, project managers, and site teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production drawings and furniture detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience with MaxCut, CutList Optimizer, or similar cutting list and layout optimization software.
- Ability to prepare optimized cutting layouts for plywood, MDF, HDF, and other sheet materials.
- Knowledge of BOM preparation, material planning, and production workflows.
- Experience with production software such as NAADI, Mozaik, IMOS, Infurnia, or similar is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of modular furniture construction, hardware, edge banding, CNC-ready drawings, and factory processes.
Salary
₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience)
