We are a fully automatic dry mix mortar manufacturing plant based in Siliguri, West Bengal, producing construction chemicals including tile adhesives, wall putty, and related products under our own brand. Our plant runs a 20 TPH grey line and a 5 TPH white line, and we supply to dealers, contractors, and project sites across North Bengal and Northeast India.
What you will do:
You will own production planning end-to-end — converting sales orders into daily shift schedules, calculating raw material requirements before stock runs out, supervising operators on the floor, coordinating with QC for batch release, and reporting daily output on our ERP system. You will manage shift supervisors and ensure the plant runs on time, on quality, and without surprises.
Who we want:
4–6 years in a powder/cement/construction chemical manufacturing plant. Must have handled production planning and inventory independently, not just supervised the floor. ERP experience preferred.
