- Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to develop and grow our Project Transportation & Logistics business. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and securing transportation opportunities related to project cargo movements within India and cross-border destinations such as Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and other neighboring countries.
- The role involves selling end-to-end transportation solutions for heavy lift, over-dimensional cargo (ODC), breakbulk, project cargo, and industrial equipment movements from ports, airports, manufacturing facilities, and project sites to final destinations. The candidate should possess strong industry connections, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop customized logistics solutions for complex transportation requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Project Transportation and Project Logistics.
- Generate leads through customer visits, industry networking, project intelligence, and market research.
- Develop business relationships with EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, power projects, renewable energy companies, oil & gas firms, engineering companies, and industrial manufacturers.
- Engage with project owners, procurement teams, logistics managers, and decision-makers to understand transportation requirements.
- Promote and sell transportation solutions for:
- Heavy Lift Cargo
- Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC)
- Breakbulk Shipments
- Project Cargo
- Multimodal Transportation
- Cross-border Transportation (Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, etc.)
- Port-to-Site and Site-to-Port Movements
- Conduct route surveys and coordinate with technical and operations teams for feasibility assessments.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, transportation plans, quotations, and bid submissions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, transport vendors, customs, and project execution teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Track upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects to identify potential transportation opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, freight rates, and emerging project opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare periodic sales and pipeline reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
