The Associate Human Resources Specialist supports the local HR team with HR administration and programs in place.
Responsibilities:
- Support general HR administration including preparation of employee documents and Onboarding paperwork
Support the Administration of employee benefits
- Employee support, by answering HR-related requests and standard questions about onboarding, and document processing
- Updating and maintenance of HCM system, HR files and HR SharePoint page
- Support of HR reporting and annual audits
- Support the organization of Employee morale activities, like appreciation lunch, employee events etc.
- Oversee HR calendar of events
- Assist in updating company policies
- Other duties as assigned
