Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, and basic software.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
- Perform routine computer hardware maintenance and preventive servicing.
- Handle basic networking tasks such as LAN cabling, IP configuration, internet troubleshooting, and network device installation.
- Provide on-site technical support to customers when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in computer hardware and desktop support.
- Good knowledge of Windows installation, hardware troubleshooting, and printer installation.
- Basic networking knowledge is required.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Local candidates will be given preference.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to travel for field support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- 2 Wheeler Driving Licence (Required)
