Role: Zoho One Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for a Zoho Developer to design, implement, and maintain our internal systems using the Zoho ecosystem. We are currently starting with Zoho CRM and plan to expand into multiple Zoho applications (Recruit, People, Books/Invoice, Campaigns, etc.). This role will work closely with operations, sales, and leadership to build scalable processes for a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, layouts, and automations
- Implement lead lifecycle, pipelines, scoring, and reporting
- Build integrations between Zoho apps and external tools (APIs, Zapier/Zoho Flow, webhooks)
- Implement and maintain other Zoho apps (Recruit, People, Books/Invoice, Campaigns, etc.)
- Design scalable processes and data structures for a small–medium business
- Create dashboards and operational reports
- Maintain system documentation and user training guides
- Troubleshoot system issues and improve performance
Requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing Zoho CRM end-to-end
- Experience with multiple Zoho apps (People, Recruit, Books/Invoice, Campaigns, Forms, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting
- Experience with API integrations and automation tools
- Understanding of business workflows (sales, HR, finance, operations)
- Experience working with small to mid-sized companies
- Ability to translate business processes into system logic
Nice to Have
- Experience designing lead pipelines and automations
- Data migration experience
- Reporting and analytics setup
- Previous agency or service-based business experience

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
