Role Overview
As a Performance Marketer at Digital Molecule, you'll own the end-to-end paid media strategy for our EdTech clients. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance campaigns that drive student enrollments, lead quality, and revenue outcomes — all while understanding the unique dynamics of the education marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for EdTech clients across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- Manage significant ad budgets with a focus on CAC, CPL, ROAS, and enrollment metrics
- Build and test audience segments including Custom Audiences, Lookalikes, interest-based, and retargeting pools
Strategy & Funnel Thinking
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies tailored to EdTech buying cycles (course discovery → interest → enrollment)
- Collaborate with clients to understand program offerings, target learners, and competitive positioning
- Align paid media efforts with seasonal enrollment windows, batch launches, and webinar campaigns
Creative & Messaging
- Brief creative teams on ad copy, creatives, and video formats that resonate with learners
- A/B test headlines, visuals, CTAs, and landing page variants to continuously improve performance
- Stay updated on Meta's ad formats (Reels Ads, Lead Ads, Advantage+ campaigns, etc.)
Reporting & Client Communication
- Build and present performance dashboards with clear insights for EdTech clients
- Translate data into actionable recommendations in weekly/monthly reviews
- Proactively flag issues and propose solutions before they impact results
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns specifically for EdTech clients (ed-platforms, online courses, coaching institutes, test prep, upskilling brands, etc.)
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager — campaign structures, bidding strategies, pixel setup, event tracking, and Advantage+ campaigns
- Strong understanding of EdTech marketing funnels — lead gen, webinar funnels, course enrollment journeys
- Proficiency in Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Events Manager
- Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and basic attribution models
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to spot trends and act on data
Good to Have
- Experience running Meta Ads or YouTube campaigns alongside Google
- Familiarity with CRM tools like LeadSquared, HubSpot, or similar
