Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the commercial construction and farmhouse land development projects. The candidate will oversee project execution, contractor management, budgeting, and timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance at Site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction and land development projects from planning to completion.
- Supervise site execution, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare progress reports and project updates for management.
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- 5–8 years of experience in construction project management.
- Must be ready rigorously at Site end to end operation
- Provide details to the Project Manager, effective reporting
- Experience in commercial buildings, plotting projects, or farmhouse developments preferred.
- Strong leadership, site management, and budgeting skills.
Preference - Open for travelling
