Defzen Projects Pvt Ltd. is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, plan, and execute architectural projects while gaining hands-on experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring the integration of design principles, functionality, and aesthetic vision.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, sustainable design solutions within project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to prepare blueprints and layouts.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure project alignment with designs.
- Use software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 2D and 3D models.
- Research materials, building codes, and sustainability practices.
- Ensure designs adhere to client requirements and project budgets.
Qualifications:
- Must have an Architectural degree (B.Arch / GD. Arch/ M.Arch)
- 0-3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Enthusiasm for sustainable and innovative design practices.
