About the Role
Awish Derma Clinic Private Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, increase patient conversions, and manage the clinic's sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, leading the sales team, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring excellent patient experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Generate new business opportunities through referrals, digital leads, corporate tie-ups, and marketing campaigns.
* Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Team Management
* Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives, telecallers, and patient coordinators.
* Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
* Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
Patient Relationship Management
* Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing patients.
* Handle patient queries and concerns professionally.
* Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and retention.
* Build long-term relationships with patients and referral partners.
Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and clinic management systems.
* Present sales performance reports to management.
Marketing Coordination
* Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
* Monitor lead conversion rates and optimize sales processes.
* Support promotional activities, events, and awareness programs.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management.
* Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
