Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and contract manpower management.
Coordinate employee training, development, and performance appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with ESI, EPF, Labour Welfare, Factory Act, and statutory regulations.
Maintain HR records, statutory registers, and support employee relations activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
