Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration: Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including commercial kitchen owners, cold storage facilities, frozen food distributors, retail chains, and hospitality venues.
- Product Pitching: Demonstrate and sell our advanced digital performance tools, software, or specialized infrastructure solutions tailored explicitly for the refrigeration and cold-chain ecosystem.
- Field & Virtual Consultations: Conduct rigorous face-to-face market visits across North India and lead virtual product walkthroughs to close high-value contracts.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Independently manage your sales funnel from initial cold outreach to final onboarding.
- Daily Data Discipline: Maintain meticulous daily reporting logs on Google Sheets and update company CRM tools in real-time.
- Weekly Strategic Alignment: Participate actively in weekly team review meetings at our Mohali base or via video conference to track milestone achievements.
Compensation & High-Incentive StructurePlease Note: This role is explicitly built for aggressive sales professionals looking to multiply their earnings through hard work. If you prefer a comfortable desk job with minimal effort, this is not the right fit for you.
- Fixed Base Salary: ₹9,500 per month.
- Aggressive Incentive Model: Earn ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 extra on a monthly basis based on performance targets.
- Zero Earning Caps: Your income is directly tied to your performance—the more effort you put in, the more you earn.
- Performance Transition: Candidates who showcase elite sales performance during this initial phase will be fast-tracked into Full-Time Permanent Roles with standard corporate benefits, fixed salaries, and long-term career growth paths.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Strictly 6 months to 1 year of experience within the frozen food industry, commercial refrigeration, cold storage, or cold-chain logistics sectors. (Please do not apply if you have more than 1 year of experience).
- Education: Minimum 12th standard pass with a Professional Diploma, OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Science (B.Sc).
- Core Attributes: A long-term career mindset, massive hunger for financial growth, resilient mindset to handle rejection, and an aggressive approach to field sales.
- Technical Savvy: Basic proficiency in managing data on Google Sheets and operating digital CRM tools.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler), a laptop, and a smartphone for active on-field deployment.
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
