We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers across various social media platforms while executing impactful campaigns that align with our brand goals and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator agencies.
- Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, including influencer briefing, content approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and high-performing content that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, contracts, and documentation for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging creators, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with internal teams including Social Media, Creative, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce to maximize campaign impact.
- Ensure effective utilization of campaign budgets and drive innovative ideas and initiatives.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
