Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commi to join our culinary team in Hyderabad (Madhapur). The ideal candidate should be passionate about food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
- Prepare ingredients as per recipes and instructions.
- Support kitchen operations and ensure timely food preparation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and proper storage of food items.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Commi or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork.
Salary:
- ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
- Salary may be offered higher or within the range based on the candidate’s relevant experience and skills.
