GMCKS Kandivali Pranic Healing Centre is a Meditation & Healing Centre functioning under the guidance of Yoga Vidya Foundation, South Mumbai. The Centre serves as a holistic wellness space dedicated to healing, inner transformation, and spiritual growth through the science and practice of Pranic Healing.
Position: Centre Manager
Location: Kandivali Pranic Healing Centre
Reporting To: Centre Head
Work Structure: Work from Centre
Centre Timings: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm (Monday to Sunday)
Weekly Off: Monday
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Healing Clinic Management
- Coordinate and schedule personalized healing sessions with healers and clients.
- Manage healer rosters, session allocation, and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth diagnosis and healing flow for cases ranging from:
- Maintain client records, healing histories, and confidentiality.
- Ensure a compassionate, professional, and high-quality client experience.
2. Workshops Management
- Plan, promote, and build up Pranic Healing workshops.
- Handle Student tagging and code generation
- Registration and payment tracking
- Follow-ups for pending payments and renewals
- Maintain accurate student databases and attendance records.
- Ensure timely fee collection and reporting.
- Coordinate with faculty, volunteers, and support staff for workshop execution.
3. Events & Meditations
Plan and execute monthly and special events such as:
- Full Moon Meditations
- Happy Hours Awareness Sessions
- Healing Camps & Heal-a-Thon
- Support marketing and promotions to attract new participants.
- Manage event logistics, registrations, healer/volunteer coordination, and feedback.
- Build collaborations, partnerships, and outreach initiatives to expand community engagement.
- Ensure events align with the Centre’s vision and foundation guidelines.
4. Administration & Operations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain stock sheets (books, materials, supplies).
- Track and record all financial transactions accurately.
- Manage vendor coordination, billing, and timely payments.
- Handle petty cash and expense management with proper documentation.
- Track suspense lists, pending items, and operational gaps.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Centre.

- Comfort with technology and digital tools (CRM, tagging systems, WhatsApp groups, payment gateways, social media platforms).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
