This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who is eager to learn the ins and outs of how e-commerce businesses operate. You’ll get hands-on experience working with platforms like Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in listing and updating products on various e-commerce platforms
- Ensure accurate and consistent product descriptions, pricing, and images
- Coordinate with the design team for product creatives
- Track inventory and update stock levels regularly
- Monitor order flow, returns, and customer queries
- Support in analyzing sales reports and platform performance
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch and delivery
- Stay updated with trends, competitor listings, and platform changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or relevant field
- 1 year of experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc. (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work full-time from our office
