We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our diamond jewellery business. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, customer relationships, and luxury jewellery. The candidate will assist in sales activities, marketing initiatives, customer communication, and basic account-related tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Support
- Assist customers with diamond jewellery product information and inquiries.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Support order processing and customer service activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Marketing Activities
- Assist in social media marketing and online promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and advertisements.
- Research market trends and competitor activities.
- Help create promotional content for products and offers.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events when required.
Basic Accounts & Administration
- Maintain sales records and customer databases.
- Assist with invoice preparation and order documentation.
- Follow up on customer payments.
- Support basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks.
- Work with the accounts team to maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
