Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing agencies and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
# Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and performance marketing agencies.
# Ensure campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables are aligned with business goals.
# Understand marketing funnels and suggest innovative strategies to improve ROI.
# Track KPIs such as ROI, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates; monitor ad spend and budgets.
# Manage and organize marketing assets (creatives, copy, websites, etc.).
# Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Content, and Data teams for campaign optimization.
# Conduct A/B testing and continuously analyze performance for improvements.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
