Assist in production planning and coordination with manufacturing plants Support material requirement planning (MRP) and tracking of raw materials and packaging materials Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and consumption reports Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams Prepare and maintain daily / weekly / monthly planning reports Track dispatch schedules and ensure timely order fulfilment Support vendor follow-ups for material availability and delivery timelines Maintain accurate records in ERP / Excel-based systems Identify gaps in supply chain processes and suggest improvements Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards Desired Skills & Competencies Basic understanding of supply chain / planning / operations (training will be provided)Good communication and coordination skills Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks Analytical mindset with attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
