Job Summary:
Zoodle Kid is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to
manage daily warehouse operations, including packing, dispatch, inventory
management, and stock replenishment. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth
warehouse functioning, especially for Zoodle Kid products and materials, while
maintaining accurate inventory records.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for packing Zoodle Kid products accurately and ensuring timely dispatch
of orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams ( Sales, Operations) for smooth order processing and
shipment scheduling.
- Maintain proper inventory records and track stock consumption data regularly.
- Ensure accurate and clean logging of all inventory movements (inward & outward).
- Monitor stock levels and plan timely replenishment of inventories.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical audits.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper labeling and safe storage of educational materials and kits.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the reporting manager immediately.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory software preferred)
- Ability to handle physical work when required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmen
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
