Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Assist the Center Manager in the overall management of clinic operations.
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the clinic and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor patient appointments, registrations, billing, and overall patient experience.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and operational policies.
Team Supervision
- Supervise Front Office Executives, Patient Coordinators, Staff Nurses, and other support staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, grooming, and professional conduct among employees.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of staff.
Patient Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors to ensure efficient consultation and treatment schedules.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain clinic records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory of medicines, consumables, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely procurement.
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
