Job Summary
The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the deployment of candidates for overseas assignments. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle, maintaining client and candidate relationships, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements in compliance with client and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, recruitment drives, and field recruitment activities.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate trade tests, technical assessments, and client interviews.
Candidate Management
- Maintain a database of active and prospective candidates.
- Provide candidates with accurate information regarding job opportunities, salaries, benefits, and deployment processes.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely completion of documentation and medical examinations.
- Handle candidate queries and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
Client Coordination
- Understand client manpower requirements and recruitment timelines.
- Share shortlisted profiles with clients and coordinate interview schedules.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to clients and management.
Documentation & Compliance
- Verify candidate documents, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
- Coordinate with visa processing, medical, and documentation teams.
- Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Recruitment Operations
- Meet recruitment targets and deployment deadlines.
- Organize recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and mobilization activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS for management review.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes and deployment procedures.
- Familiarity with visa, medical, emigration, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment software, and job portals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 7–10 years of experience in an overseas recruitment agency, preferably handling Gulf/Middle East recruitment.
- Experience in recruiting blue-collar for Civil Construction, Plant & Machinery, Oil & Gas & Mining personnel is an advantage.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in overseas recruitment, particularly for GCC/Middle East countries, and a strong understanding of end-to-end manpower mobilization processes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
