Job Title: Admin Executive

Role Summary:
The Admin Executive – Operations will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, with a focus on vendor coordination, housekeeping supervision, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.Should have knowledge of Boards .
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management
- Manage end-to-end vendor coordination including onboarding, negotiations, and renewals.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate for timely payments.
Housekeeping (HK) Management
- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across campus.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of HK staff.
- Maintain stock of cleaning materials and ensure availability.
Infrastructure Management
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of school facilities (classrooms, washrooms, common areas).
- Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance work.
- Conduct regular inspections and address issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to basic safety and maintenance standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience only in administration/operations (school experience Mandatory ).
- Strong coordination, vendor management, and supervisory skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
