Business Analyst Intern

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience translating business needs into actionable insights. You'll work closely with analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings
- Support process mapping and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Collect and clean data from various sources for analysis
- Participate in meetings and help document action items and decisions
- Conduct market or competitive research as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, operations)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (rising junior/senior preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Prior internship or coursework in business analysis is a plus but not required
