Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Analyze requirements and prepare test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Work closely with developers and business teams to ensure product quality.
- Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting activities.
- Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Automation Testing concepts.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Java, Python, or any scripting language is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of API testing and database testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or similar testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with automation testing training/certifications and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
