Job Summary
We are looking for a goal-oriented and eloquent Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, answering incoming customer inquiries, and updating our internal database. The ideal candidate possesses excellent verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and a resilient attitude toward handling rejections.
Key Responsibilities Call Operations
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients using provided databases.
- Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding company offerings.
- Deliver pitch scripts clearly while adapting to the customer’s live responses.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to secure sales closures.
- Address customer grievances and resolve issues quickly to maintain brand loyalty.
Data & Compliance
- Log call outcomes accurately within our internal CRM system.
- Update database records with verified customer names and contact details.
- Meet daily quotas for total dials, talk time, and lead conversions.
- Adhere to script guidelines and strict corporate communication policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma, higher secondary certificate, or equivalent.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer care.
- Communication: Superb verbal skills in English and dominant regional languages.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, active listening, and high emotional resilience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience utilizing specialized dialing tools or auto-dialers.
- Certification in sales, customer relations, or marketing techniques.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
