Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
- Job posting, sourcing, and screening profiles
- Interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Attendance, HR records, and MIS maintenance
- HR Operations
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Support payroll inputs and employee data management.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
