Job Title: Construction Site Assistant / Field Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Construction Site Assistant to provide essential support to our construction team and labourers. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations at the project location. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, proactive individual with a willingness to travel and assist with a variety of tasks across the construction site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Construction Supervisor and skilled tradespeople with day-to-day construction activities.
- Perform general labor duties, including site cleanup, organizing tools and materials, and preparing work areas.
- Run errands, transport small materials, and perform site-to-site travel as required, utilizing personal conveyance.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory of tools and supplies, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow all site safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Basic Qualification: Completion of High School or equivalent basic education is required.
- Conveyance: Must possess and maintain their own reliable personal conveyance (vehicle/motorcycle) for daily travel to different job sites.
- Travel: Demonstrated willingness and ability to travel frequently between construction sites or to remote locations.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and a strong commitment to team goals.
- Prior experience in a construction environment or similar field is a plus, but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
