Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze business data and generate meaningful insights.
Create and manage advanced Excel reports using formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and dashboards.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
Build and enhance workflow automations using Google Apps Script.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Coordinate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Assist in database management and data migration activities.
Maintain documentation for reports, processes, and automation scripts.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Power Query).
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, Subqueries, Stored Procedures).
Basic Python programming knowledge for data processing and automation.
Knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
Understanding of databases and data management concepts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Understanding of APIs and data integration.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and web technologies.
Eligibility
Fresher with an IT-related degree.
Strong academic background in programming and database concepts.
Internship or academic projects related to Excel, SQL, Python, or automation will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
