Qualified CS required with 3–5 years post-qualification experience. Handle Companies Act, ROC/MCA filings, Board/AGM/EGM, statutory compliance, corporate governance & regulatory matters. Internship/articleship/training will not be counted.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
