Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, promoting our products and services, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.
This role requires extensive travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Hindi and be comfortable presenting business solutions to prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and prospects.
- Explain company products, services, and business solutions to potential clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute field marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations is mandatory.
- Good understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
