ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Executive to support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about digital advertising, communication, analytics, and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience across digital advertising channels, campaign operations, and performance analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Support campaign planning by coordinating timelines, requirements, and campaign assets.
- Review campaign creatives, targeting, tracking, and landing pages to ensure launch readiness.
- Monitor key performance metrics and proactively flag delivery or performance issues.
- Prepare regular campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal teams.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and status reports to support smooth execution.
- Support campaign testing and optimization initiatives to improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
- Participate in campaign reviews, team discussions, and training sessions to build domain expertise.
- Stay informed about digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Internship/project experience in marketing, events, business operations, or communications.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Exposure to Google Analytics, CRM tools, or marketing automation platforms.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
