Role Description:
We are looking for an Application Engineer who can take ownership of machining, proving, and optimizing customer parts on our CNC/VMC machines.
This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts how customers perceive our machines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Study customer drawings and define machining strategy
- Program parts using CAM or manual G-code
- Set up tools, fixtures, work offsets, and run jobs on VMC machines
- Prove out parts and ensure dimensional accuracy and repeatability
- Optimize cycle time, surface finish, and tool life
- Troubleshoot issues like chatter, vibration, tool wear, and inaccuracies
- Push machines to achieve maximum safe performance limits
- Work with R&D to improve machine performance based on real machining feedback
- Support sales demos with real part machining and validation
What You Must Be Good At:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with VMC machining
- Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds & speeds, and machining strategy
- Experience with CAM software and G-code editing
- Ability to read engineering drawings (GD&T basics preferred)
- Experience in part proving and process optimization
What Will Set You Apart

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
