Hiring: HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our growing Deep Tech organization. The ideal candidate should have expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and building teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and daily HR operations
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and organizational processes
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate employee training, learning, and development programs
- Assist in workforce planning and scaling teams across technical and business functions
- Drive company culture, employee wellness, and retention strategies
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring strategies and organizational development
- Ensure smooth execution of HR documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Support administrative and operational HR activities as required
- Build and maintain a positive, high-performance work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of HR experience
- Prior experience in startups, technology, manufacturing, or deep tech companies preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement
- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and labor compliance
- Ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
