About the Role
A Business Development Executive in a Business and Sales Consulting Firm is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales growth. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting consulting solutions, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The primary objective is to expand the firm's client base and contribute to achieving business revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present company services and solutions to clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable consulting solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
- Support contract negotiations and business closures.
- Attend networking events and industry meetings.
- Provide regular sales and business development reports.
Requirements
Experience : 1-3 year experience
Preferably hardcore b2b sales background
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
