Senior Network Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator to design, implement, maintain, and support our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring network availability, security, performance, and scalability across LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and cloud environments. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, leadership capabilities, and expertise in network security and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and VPN solutions.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues and outages.
- Implement and maintain network security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access policies.
- Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking environments.
- Perform network upgrades, patching, and hardware/software installations.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, systems administration, and application teams.
- Lead network-related projects and mentor junior IT staff.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network administration or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar networking platforms.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, network monitoring tools, and security technologies.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud networking.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- CompTIA Network+
- Fortinet NSE
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
