Position Summary
Level: Consultant, Managed Services
A skilled Veeva CRM Consultant with experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Veeva CRM solutions for life sciences organizations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Veeva CRM, Salesforce platform fundamentals, pharmaceutical commercial processes, and stakeholder management. This role will support business teams in improving CRM effectiveness, sales operations, and customer engagement capabilities.
Work you’ll do:
- Gather and analyse business requirements related to Veeva CRM processes
- Configure and support Veeva CRM functionalities including call reporting, account management, territory alignment, and CLM
- Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Support integrations between Veeva CRM and upstream/downstream systems
- Participate in defect resolution, testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials
- Ensure solutions align with life sciences compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM platform administration covering:
- MyInsights dashboard configuration and KPI design.
- CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) content deployment and management.
- Approved Email configuration and template management.
- Sample management, order management, and field inventory workflows.
- Veeva CRM Events Management — event creation, approval, and lifecycle management.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial Life Sciences business processes and the ability to translate them into scalable Veeva CRM solutions, including field force effectiveness, territory management, HCP/HCO engagement tracking, and multi-channel commercial operations
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience in life sciences/pharmaceutical domain
- Exposure to Veeva Vault or related Veeva ecosystem tools
- Knowledge of integrations, data migration, and release management
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Veeva CRM certification
- Salesforce certification
- Experience with commercial operations or field force enablement initiatives
