Kottayam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Palakkad, and Malappuram
Employment Type: Permanent Basis

Salary Range: 15000 to 25000 (Depends on the number of districts they can handle.)
Travel Allowance: Monthly Release (Depends up the per km basis charges) . Not included in

Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our fintech
operations team. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding, device deployment, and
relationship management in assigned territories. This role requires frequent field visits and
strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Device Deployment to the assigned locations.
- Identify and approach potential merchants and business partners in assigned
territories.
- Promote ESAF fintech solutions and onboard new merchants.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during merchant onboarding.
- Coordinate installation and deployment of fintech devices such as:
o POS Machines
o QR Payment Systems
o Payment Devices
- Ensure timely activation and successful onboarding of merchants.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily activity reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants for customer satisfaction and
retention.
- Coordinate with internal support and operations teams for quick issue resolution.
- Achieve assigned onboarding and activation targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in sales will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
