About the Role
As a Scrum Master at Siemens Energy Grid Technologies, you will lead and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality digital, software, and business transformation solutions. You will facilitate Scrum processes, coach teams on Agile principles, remove impediments, and ensure continuous improvement while collaborating closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum values, Agile principles, and best practices.
- Foster self-organizing, cross-functional, and high-performing teams that embrace accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments that hinder team productivity and sprint execution.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, user story readiness, and prioritization discussions.

Promote Agile mindset adoption and help teams continuously improve processes, practices, and delivery effectiveness.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and encourage constructive problem-solving within teams.
- Monitor and communicate Agile metrics such as team velocity, sprint predictability, cycle time, and team health to drive data-informed improvements.

Ensure adherence to Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and organizational Agile standards where applicable.

Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives by promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Agile release management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Technical background in software development, DevOps, or software architecture.
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams and managing enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
